The Dragons of Azrael is a brand new interactive puppet show that will be enjoyed by adults and kids alike. Debuting at the Armagh Planetarium, it is brought to you by the guys at D-Signs and Displays at www.d-signsonline.com and the collective pens of Owen Quinn, author of the Time Warriors book series, Martin Ryan, Clodagh Bell and the creative team at -Signs and Displays, they have brought a show for all ages as we journey to a distant world. Starring John Ryan as Ariel, it features the dragon planet Azrael where imagination has died and the great Master Argon sleeps awaiting the birth of the Imagination Child. It is a world of darkness where no songs are sung, no one dances or create art. The dragons’ souls are dead but will the combined effort of a newborn baby dragon and the imaginations of school childrens ave the day?
Laced with superb puppetry and special effects, the Dragons of Azrael is a great show for all the family. You can check it out this Saturday 23rd March at the Armagh Planetarium. Shows are at 11.30 am, 12.30 pm, 1.30 pm and 3.30 pm. Admission to the show is free but there is the usual Planetarium entry fee. Seating is on a first come first served basis so be sure to get down and experience a world like no other and help save the dragons.
